That 12,000 year old site in Turkey keeps getting weirder
I read an article last night about Göbekli Tepe and found out the carvings on those T-shaped pillars might actually be a calendar system tracking the solstice and a comet strike around 10,850 BC. Has anyone else looked into the astronomical alignment theories there?

Respectfully, I see it differently. Those carvings are cool but I think people are reading too much into them as a calendar when they could just be decorative patterns that haven't been fully decoded yet.
