I finally gave up on air dry clay for my miniatures and switched to polymer
I make tiny food charms for my Etsy shop out of my apartment in Boise, and for 8 months I used air dry clay because it was cheaper. Last Tuesday I got my 4th order back in a row for cracked pies, so I drove to Hobby Lobby and bought 3 blocks of Sculpey Premo instead. The difference is night and day, the details hold up and nothing crumbles after baking. Has anyone else made the switch and do you have a favorite temp for small pieces so they don't brown?
