Old guy at the deli counter gave me the best advice in 3 words

I was grabbing lunch at a Jewish deli in Toledo, real busy spot, and this older guy in front of me was taking forever with his order. Instead of getting mad, he turns to me and says "slow down, kid." He wasn't talking about the line, he meant my whole life vibe. I was rushing to get back to a job site, phone buzzing, and that just stuck for some reason. Has anyone else had a random stranger say something tiny that actually changed how you moved the rest of the day?
