That Tuesday last month when everything just clicked into place...

I had this one Tuesday last month that started out terrible. My alarm didn't go off, I spilled coffee on my shirt before a showing, and I almost rear-ended someone on the 405. But then I showed this house in Sherman Oaks to a couple who had been looking for six months. They walked in and the wife just stopped in the kitchen and said "this is it" without even seeing the bedrooms. The husband nodded. They made an offer that afternoon, full asking price, no contingencies. Then I got a call from another client whose escrow closed early. By 5pm I had two commissions locked in from one day. It was the weirdest reversal of fortune I've ever had. Has anyone else had a day that started awful and turned into something great?
