The difference 6 months of panel schedules made for my shop's paperwork

I used to just label breakers with a sharpie and hope, then one winter I sat down and made a proper panel schedule for every circuit in my shop, including the spares. Six months later, when a tenant called about a tripped line, I found the problem in about 40 seconds instead of an hour of flipping breakers. Has anyone else seen a big jump in troubleshooting speed just from better labeling?

Same reason I actually sort my fishing tackle now lol. Order fixes everything.
