Can we talk about choosing a paper atlas over my phone for a road trip in Utah?
I had to pick between relying on GPS or buying a $12 paper map for a week in Moab, and the atlas won because the canyons kept killing my signal, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has ditched their phone for old-school navigation and actually found it less stressful?

Did you mark the map before you left town? That saved me in southern Utah, because I circled every gas station and camp spot ahead of time and never had to zoom in on a dead screen. The paper version made me pay attention to the actual roads instead of just following a blue line, and honestly, that kept me calmer than any app ever has.
