Can we talk about the difference in my blog traffic after I started answering questions directly?

For the first six months, my blog was getting maybe 20 visitors a day. I was just writing general advice posts. Then last month, I started using Google's 'People also ask' box to find exact questions people type, like 'how to fix a slow website on mobile'. I wrote a post answering that one question step by step. In three weeks, that single post brought in over 300 visitors. It's like people were searching for that exact phrase. Has anyone else tried this method and seen a big jump?

Ngl, that's a huge difference in traffic. It makes total sense though, you're giving people exactly what they're already typing into Google. I did something similar by focusing on one specific problem in my niche and it really cut through the noise. It's wild how much better that works than just general topic posts. Congrats on figuring that out.

Wait, you went from 20 visitors to over 300 from just one post? That's insane. I knew answering specific questions was smart, but I didn't think the jump could be that huge that fast. It really shows how much people just want the direct answer to their exact problem. I guess the general stuff gets lost because everyone's already writing about it. You just proved the method works better than any theory.

It's the fastest way to get traffic. I switched from writing about "social media tips" to posts like "how to schedule a week of tweets in 30 minutes." The long tail stuff works because you're the only one answering that exact, weird question. My analytics show those posts bring in steady clicks for years.
