My local market's spice section is totally different now

I went to buy cumin last Tuesday and found three new kinds of chili powder. There's even a shelf just for Mexican and Indian spices. The manager told me sales for these items have doubled lately. It seems like everyone is cooking more global foods at home. I tried making my own curry paste, and it was a big change. Honestly, it's made dinner way more fun and tasty.

Oh perfect. Just what my kitchen needed, another shelf of spices I'll use once. My curry paste attempt already proved I have no idea what I'm doing.

My friend in Denver bought three new spice blends yesterday, can you believe it?

Three new blends at once? That's a lot. Hope their food is actually good now.
