The phone rep who said 'just try a hard reset' actually fixed my router after 8 support calls
I spent 3 weeks swapping out cables and blaming my ISP before a bored-sounding kid in Manila had me unplug it for 5 full minutes, and now I'm wondering how many routers die from a 20-second restart that's actually a 4-minute drain, has anyone else found the one weird fix the manual ignores?
