Vent: That guy at the hardware store who spent 10 minutes explaining why my plan to fix a leaky pipe was wrong.
He was right though, and after I tried his way instead of mine, the pipe stopped dripping in 5 minutes flat, has anyone else had a random stranger save them from a plumbing disaster?

Feel your pain man, it stings when some random knows more than you about your own project. But hey, at least the pipe is fixed now and you didn't have to call a plumber. Sometimes swallowing your pride saves you a headache and a wet floor.
