Got a clear picture of the Andromeda Galaxy for the first time last night

I was showing my neighbor's kid, Leo, my setup in the backyard. He's only 10 and just pointed at the fuzzy blob on my camera screen and said 'That's a whole other city of stars, huh?' It took me three tries over the past month to get the tracking right with my old Sky-Watcher mount. His simple comment made all the failed shots worth it. Anyone else have a moment where a simple observation from someone else made the hobby click?
