My whole week got wrecked by a single cloud in Flagstaff

I drove out to the Coconino National Forest last Tuesday to get a shot of the Andromeda Galaxy with my new camera setup, a ZWO ASI2600MC. The forecast was clear for five nights straight, but on night three a single thick cloud parked right over my target for six hours and ruined all my long exposure frames. Has anyone else had a perfect forecast turn on them like that, and what do you do with a whole night of bad data?

Stack the bad frames anyway, sometimes the noise averages out.

How can one cloud mess up everything?

Ugh, tell me about it... my last shoot got ruined by a neighbor's security light.
