Just realized my 'energy efficient' windows are letting in more bugs than my old ones ever did.
Anyone else have a bad experience with those new double panes or is it just my luck?

Wait, are these the kind where the seal has actually failed between the panes, or is it more about the frame gaps letting stuff in? I'm trying to figure out if it's a manufacturing defect or just poor installation. Because my neighbor had a similar issue and turns out the rubber gasket around the window was completely loose on the bottom edge. But then my cousin's brand new windows have little plastic weep holes on the outside that apparently are just open invitations for ants and gnats. Do you see any fog or moisture between the glass panes when the weather changes, or is the problem purely with bugs?
