Hey neighbors, we just moved to Alpharetta and our new house has a serious ant problem. Plus, I'm pretty sure I heard some scratching in the attic last night. I'm currently looking at Monitor Pest Control and Apex Pest Pros since both seem to service the North Atlanta area heavily. Has anyone used either of these companies? Would love to hear the pros and cons before I sign an annual contract.

I had Apex at my last place over in Roswell. They were okay for basic bug spraying, but they sub-contracted out their wildlife exclusion stuff and it was a total mess. If you have attic noises, you might want a company that handles everything in-house so you aren't dealing with a middleman.

Definitely go with Monitor Pest Control. We switched to them last year for both our commercial property and our house. They handle the routine termite and roach stuff perfectly, but they also did a full exclusion for squirrels in our attic. Super professional, they actually show up on time, and their pricing was way more transparent.
