Appreciation post: my buddy's Arctic Cat tried to eat a snowbank in Wyoming

We were out last week and he hit a drift that looked solid but was just powder over a ditch. The whole machine just nosedived and disappeared for a second, leaving just his boots sticking up. Has anyone else had a sled just vanish like that?

Ever think those big drifts were just soft? Saw a guy's quad sink like quicksand once.

Wait, a whole quad just sank? Like, the whole machine went under? I've seen bikes get stuck bad, but that sounds like something out of a movie. What was he driving on, a frozen lake that gave way? That's a whole different level of scary, man.
