Finally rode a 2024 Ski-Doo MXZ last weekend and I don't get the hype

Took a demo ride at a dealer event outside Green Bay last Saturday. Everyone was raving about the new chassis, but I found the steering way too light in the trails near Crivitz. My 2019 Renegade with a few suspension tweaks felt more planted. Has anyone else gone back to an older sled after trying these newer ones?

Whoa, I actually read something about this in Snow Goer a few months back. They said the same thing about the steering being too twitchy on the new Ski-Doos compared to the Gen4 platform.

Wait did that article mention if they changed the spindle angle or caster settings on the REV Gen5? I've been trying to figure out if BRP did something different with the geometry or if it's just the RAS 3 front end being too aggressive. A buddy of mine swapped his 2024 Summit X for a 2025 and says it feels like it wants to oversteer unless he's on edge - that match what you saw in the piece?
