My uncle in Fairbanks put a snowmobile suit on his dog and the dog loved it more than he did
Went riding with my uncle Rick up near Fairbanks back in February, and he showed up with his old lab wearing a tiny snowmobile suit he cut down from a kid's size 6. The dog actually sat on the back of his sled for 40 miles without moving, just grinning with ice on his whiskers the whole time. I laughed for the first ten minutes and then got kind of jealous because my own hands were frozen solid. Has anyone else rigged up gear for a pet on the trail, or is my uncle just the only guy doing this?

Dude my corgi wears a cut down puffer vest on winter hikes and struts like she owns the trail!
