Vent: Rode up to the Bald Mountain trails last weekend and someone had dumped an old muffler right in the middle of the staging area

I get that parts fail on these machines but at least toss it in a dumpster instead of leaving it for the next guy to dodge with his sled, anyone else see trash piling up on their local trails lately?

Bet someone thought they were being real clever by "recycling" it in the woods instead of paying the scrap fee. Guess they figured nature needed a new lawn ornament.

Yeah and this is part of that whole "out of sight, out of mind" thing people do with everything now. @the_ben hit it right, they probably felt pretty smart dumping it there like nobody would notice. But you see this everywhere, not just with trash. People do the same with old electronics in their closet, expired food pushed to the back of the fridge. We're all just so good at hiding our mess until someone else has to deal with it.
