I finally tried ceramic coating over traditional wax and I don't think I'm ever going back
Been doing paint correction and detailing for about 10 years now, mostly as side work out of my garage. Always used good old carnauba waxes, Collinite 845 was my go to. But last month a customer brought in a black F150 and insisted on ceramic coating. I've always been skeptical, thought it was mostly hype. Got the Adam's graphene kit and spent a whole Saturday on it. The depth and gloss was honestly way better than I expected. Three weeks later he came back for a wash and the water was still beading up like day one. My wax jobs usually start fading after a couple weeks in the sun. Has anyone else made the switch and regretted it for some reason I'm not seeing?

Ceramic is like switching from a flip phone to a smartphone.
