Did they actually think you were trying to scam them or something? Clear coat blending is literally basic stuff for any decent paint job.

Can't wrap my head around people like that. Some folks just refuse to believe you know what you're talking about even when you're literally holding the proof in your hand. Clear coat blending isn't rocket science, it's paint 101. Probably the same type who argues with their mechanic about oil changes.
