My $90 impact driver beat the $450 air gun on a stubborn bolt

Had a job last week on a rusty F-250 in Omaha. Lower control arm bolt would not budge. Broke out the Ingersoll Rand air impact, no luck. Dragged in my cheap cordless Milwaukee from home, 2 seconds later it spun off. Guess the compact size let me get a better angle on the sway bar. Anyone else ditched their big air tools for battery stuff?

Real talk though, it probably wasn't the size that did it. Cordless impacts hit with a bunch of quick bursts while air guns just hammer steady, and that rattling action breaks rust loose way better.
