Warning: My shop's oil change bay went from a total mess to spotless in about three weeks

Honestly, it was just me and the other tech, and we were always rushing. The floor drain was clogged, tools were everywhere, and we'd slip on drips. My boss put up a whiteboard with a simple checklist for each car: wipe the filler neck, check the drain plug, sweep the area. Ngl, after the first week we started doing it without even looking at the board. Has anyone else tried something this basic that actually stuck?

Ever notice how a simple visual cue can make a habit click? That whiteboard turns a "should do" into a "just did" without any nagging. It's crazy how fast a clean space becomes the new normal.
