Was dead set against those plug-in hybrid scan tools until a job in Detroit changed my mind.

I was working on a 2018 Ford F-150 with a weird electrical gremlin and my old Autel couldn't crack it, then a buddy handed me his Innova 5610 and it nailed the issue in 2 minutes. Has anyone else had a tool they hated turn out to be the real deal?

People change their minds real quick when it smacks them in the face. I used to roll my eyes at people who said stuff like that too. Then it happened to me and I felt like a total idiot for being so smug about it before. There's nothing like personal experience to shut you up and make you pay attention. Now I just nod along when someone tells me their story instead of acting like I know better.
