ARP grommet spec surprised me on the 757 retrofit

Was reading the IPC for a freighter conversion job we did in Miami last month and found out the ARP grommet callout changed to a flame-resistant silicone blend. I always thought standard neoprene was fine for that bulkhead. Anyone else run into newer spec updates that quietly changed what you've been using for years?
