Found out our shop's wire repair log showed 38 wrong pin jobs in 6 months
Was cleaning out a filing cabinet at our hangar in Wichita and found a log the old lead kept. 38 pins got crimped on the wrong side or wrong gauge in 6 months, and 9 of those turned into squawks after install. Nobody ever tracked this stuff because the log was paper and buried. Anybody else keep a running tally of pin errors, or is it just us?
