Had a clash over wiring harness inspection frequency with my team lead

I think we should check them every six months, but he says annual is fine since they're high-quality! What's your shop's standard for this?

Try being the over-inspection guy who still misses the obvious problem, like me last week.

Why do we always just split the difference?

Dealt with that exact argument over harness inspections, we settled on every eight months.
