Logbook lovers vs. speed demons: My detailed notes just solved a nagging comms static issue.

Some guys say writing everything down is a waste, but I think it pays off. Found the source of intermittent static because I logged every test, when a quick check would've missed it. Which side are you on?

Yeah, tech support would get it. I'm the one who has to google how to restart my router every single time.
