My bench tester threw a code I've never seen before on a Garmin G1000 yesterday
I was troubleshooting a GTX 345R transponder in my shop in Tulsa and the tester just kept saying 'RF LOOP FAIL' which isn't even in the manual I have. Turns out the coax cable between the unit and the antenna had a tiny nick that was barely visible. Has anyone else run into weird error codes that don't match the troubleshooting guide?

Did you check the antenna ground plane or just the coax?
