Am I the only one who had an awkward run-in over a misplaced garden hose?

Borrowing backyard stuff without asking: friendly or rude? I had a weird moment with a neighbor.

Why call it theft when it's just being neighborly? Sharing tools without a big fuss builds a better community. Getting worked up over a hose makes things weird for no good reason.
