Am I the only one who picked a tiny 8x10 shed over a bigger 12x16 for my backyard, and now I'm kicking myself

I built a shed last spring because my garage in Boise is packed with bikes and a mower. I had two options from the same local builder, an 8x10 for about $2,400 or a 12x16 for $4,800. I picked the smaller one to save money and because my wife kept saying the yard would feel cramped. Six months later I can barely walk in there, the mower takes up half the floor and I still have boxes stacked by the door. I measured it out and I'm losing about 80 square feet I could've used. Has anyone added on to a shed after the fact or did you just sell it and start over?
