Swapped out my old gas grill for a charcoal kettle setup last summer

Used to just flip burgers on the gas in 10 minutes flat, but after smoking a pork shoulder at 225 for 8 hours on the Weber, I won't go back. Anyone else make the switch and notice how much better the flavor is?

@logan632 you nailed it man, gas is fine for quick stuff but once you do a long cook on charcoal it changes everything. that smoky flavor you get from the coals just can't be beat for stuff like brisket or pulled pork.
