Had a full week of 'so bad it's good' movies and it messed with my head

Last Tuesday I binged 4 straight films from the 90s with awful CGI and wooden acting, like that one where a shark gets punched mid-air, and I actually started rooting for the bad guys by Thursday. Anyone else ever hit a point where the badness becomes the charm and you can't enjoy a normal movie for like 2 days after?

I used to think "so bad it's good" was just people being ironic, but that shark punch movie you mentioned fully changed my mind. I watched it two nights ago and by the end I was literally cheering for the awful CG shark to win. Then I tried to watch a real serious film the next day and it felt flat, like I needed the chaos of bad editing and random music to keep my attention.
