Quick heads-up: that 'so bad it's good' movie might not fly with everyone in the house
We watched 'Sharknado' with the family last night, and my uncle kept asking if it was a joke. I mean, idk, maybe some people just can't enjoy a good bad movie with relatives around.

When your uncle kept asking if it was a joke, that shows a BIG pattern I notice. Some people have a hard time with stuff that's not serious or polished. They need every movie or game to be high quality to enjoy it. It happens at parties too where fun gets ruined by overthinking. Enjoying bad movies is about letting go of that need for perfection. Honestly, it's their loss because shared laughs are what matter.

Remember when my friend Mark tried to show his dad that awful movie "Troll 2"? His dad got so mad about the bad acting he turned it off after ten minutes and put on a news documentary instead... Mark said the whole point was to laugh at how terrible it was, but his dad just couldn't switch off that serious part of his brain.
