The debate over whether The Room or Birdemic is the better bad movie is impossible to settle

I spent three hours last weekend arguing with my buddy Dave about which of these two is the king of so bad it's good cinema. The Room has Tommy Wiseau's complete lack of self awareness and those random football scenes. But Birdemic has those hilarious CGI birds that look like paper cutouts and the actors just standing there while they get attacked. Both are terrible in totally different ways. The Room feels bad because nobody told Tommy no, while Birdemic seems like nobody even tried. Which one do you think takes the crown and why?
