The 'so bad it's good' Crow remake argument always skips the real problem

Everyone fights about Eric Draven's makeup or the soundtrack, but nobody mentions that the 1994 version has like 40 minutes of pure filler after the fun club scene, and the 2024 one actually moves faster, yet somehow still feels slower, has anyone else timed both versions and noticed the pacing issue is the true villain here?
