Wrote off that shark movie for years. Just watched it.
Always skipped "Shark Attack 3: Megalodon" because the cover looked cheap. Finally gave it a shot after a buddy quoted the line about the boat. That dumb giant shark chewing through a cruise ship sold me completely. Any other movies you ignored until someone forced you to watch?

Who else totally judged a movie by its cover and regretted it? I used to roll my eyes at shark movies but "Shark Attack 3" is just so bad it turns into something fun. The special effects are hilariously terrible and that's what makes it actually worth watching.

The boat line is what got me to watch it too. But that's actually a different one you might be thinking of - "The Bleeding" from 2008 has that line, not Shark Attack 3. Still, the scene where the shark jumps up and eats the helicopter is the real gold in that movie. The animatronic shark head they used for closeups barely moves its mouth, it's fantastic.
