Seems like everything's getting a bit inconsistent lately, even basic ingredients. What's going on with quality control these days?

That reminds me of a local bakery that had to pull their whole wheat sourdough for a week. Their usual flour shipment had a weird, almost grassy taste that came through in the final loaf. They had to track down a whole new batch from a different mill. It really threw off their whole production schedule.
