Hit 1,000 loaves sold at my farmers market stand in Roseburg and I honestly did not see it coming
I started with 12 loaves a week two summers ago thinking I would be lucky to sell half, and now I am trying to figure out if I should buy a second oven or just cap it because I am already baking until 2am on Fridays.

Two summers and you still can't plan for 12 loaves? That's not a business, that's a hobby.
