Using honey instead of sugar in my recipes... better for health or just a sweet mess?
Natural sweeteners seem healthier but can alter baking results... your thoughts?

Phoenix baker here, honey makes everything gummy in dry climates.

Try warming the honey first, @mila_flores, it REALLY helps in DRY air like ours.
