A regular told me my fades were too fast and it made me slow down
He said 'you're rushing the blend' and I realized I was trying to do a full skin fade in under 20 minutes. Now I add an extra five minutes just for the blending step. Anyone else get a piece of feedback that made you change your timing?

Ever think the rush comes from how we're paid? If you're on commission, every minute saved is more money in your pocket. That regular gave you free advice that costs you cash in the short run, but probably keeps him coming back. It's a tough balance between speed and quality when your pay depends on it.
