My friend runs a small barber shop and he hit 85 days before a regular just didn't show up - turned out his phone had died and the reminder text never went through.

Did you ever set up a backup manual check-in for the shop, like a simple text to the client the night before and a follow-up call if they don't confirm? That 15 minute catch saved me from a lot of ghosting.
