Finally tried feather shears after swearing by blenders for 15 years

I picked up a pair of Kasho shears from a supply show in Chicago last month, and my edges on longer cuts are way cleaner than I ever got with my old blending shears. Has anyone else made a similar switch and noticed a difference with coarser hair types?

Yeah I saw this video on YouTube where a stylist tested feather shears on different hair types and even on thick coarse hair the split ends were way less compared to blenders. Made me think about grabbing a pair myself honestly.

Oh, so you're out here living in 2054 with your fancy Kasho shears while the rest of us are still using blenders like cavemen? That's rich. I finally switched to feather shears last year after my blender shears literally ripped out a chunk of my client's hair and I had to pretend I was going for an "edgy, textured look." My coarser-haired clients actually have less fraying at the ends now, which is more than I can say for my own hair after I tried to blend it with garden shears that one time.
