Got that clipper fade trick from an old barber in Philly last month
Been struggling with blending the parietal ridge for years. Guy named Louie at a shop on Market Street showed me to use a 1.5 guard open instead of skipping guards. Worked on my third try. Anyone else got a weird guard trick that just clicks?

That guard skipping trick is exactly what Louie would've told you, he's a legend for that. My barber in Brooklyn taught me to use a comb as a guard for the neckline and now I can't go back.
