Tried using thinning shears on a dry head of hair for the first time
So I got this client yesterday, dude with super thick curly hair, and I figured I'd save time by skipping the spray bottle. Big mistake. The shears just grabbed and pulled, left these weird choppy lines that looked like a lawnmower hit him. Had to spend an extra 20 minutes blending everything with my clippers. Never again. Has anyone else made that dumb mistake of skipping the water?

Eh, I've done worse with scissors before.

Maybe it's just me but scissors can be surprisingly dangerous for how simple they look. I mean, those things will cut you before you even feel it. Idk, just be careful with them.
