I was wrapping my pork butt in foil at 165 like a robot for 3 years

Watched a guy at the Kansas City Royal run his straight through the stall with no foil at all and his bark was 10 times better than mine, so I tried it on two 8 pounders last month and never going back to the crutch. Anyone else ditch the Texas crutch or am I the last one holding the roll?
