Question about hot and fast brisket methods
Ngl, I've had better results with hot and fast on my brisket. Honestly, it saves time and still tastes amazing.

Used to be a low and slow purist myself. Gave hot and fast a shot and the results were seriously good. Changed my whole approach to brisket now.

Seriously! I gave up overnight cooks after trying it too. Now I get more sleep and still have great brisket ready by dinner. It really is a game changer for how often I smoke.
