Can we talk about how I used to scrub my cast iron for 20 minutes with soap and steel wool?
I ruined two skillets that way before my buddy in Phoenix told me to just boil water in it and scrape with a wooden spoon, so why did it take me 8 years and $60 in replacements to try the simplest fix that costs nothing?
