Frozen herbs vs fresh, which one actually saves you more? My cilantro test says maybe not
I did a little experiment last week with the $2 bunch of cilantro from the market versus a $3 bag of frozen cubes from the freezer aisle. After 4 days in the fridge, the fresh stuff still had that pop of flavor, but the frozen ones turned mushy in my salsa and tasted kinda flat. Sure, frozen is easier to grab and saves prep time, but I wasted half the bag because it got frostbitten after one use. So which do you guys lean on for weeknight cooking, the convenience or the taste? Has anyone found a way to make frozen herbs actually work without losing that fresh kick?

aint nobody got time to thaw a cube just to taste like sad freezer? fresh wins every single time honestly.
