Pro tip: my stand mixer walked off the counter because I ignored one dumb thing
Honestly I was making a double batch of cookie dough on Sunday and the bowl was way too full, so the whole mixer started bouncing toward the edge of the counter. Tbh my fix was just rolling a damp dish towel into a ring and setting the mixer on it, which grabbed the feet and killed the wobble. Ngl I felt pretty silly because the manual literally says not to go past the fill line. Has anyone else learned the hard way with an overloaded bowl, or do you just split the batch from the start?
