Spent $11 on a bench scraper and now I feel dumb for using my palm for 15 years
Bought one of those flat metal dough scrapers at a restaurant supply place in Kansas City for eleven bucks and it has cut my counter cleanup after bread dough in half. It also scoops chopped onions off the board way faster than my hand ever did. What's the cheap tool you wish you'd grabbed way earlier?
Mine was a $6 plastic bench knife from the grocery store and it outlasted two fancy ones I bought later. Just don't put it in the dishwasher if it's the wood handle kind, learned that one the hard way.
